The IABSE Symposium 2027 will be held in Guwahati, India, at the Mayfair Spring Valley Resort. Organised by the Indian National Group of IABSE, it is designed as a forum for debate on structural failures around the globe.
The Symposium focuses on forensic investigation and diagnosis, root causes of collapses, preventive methodologies, mitigation across the life cycle of a structure, in-service monitoring, building codes and professional standards, and human and organisational factors.
